Please send us your contact details, car model, colour, scratch conditions, car ages and preferred branches via http://waxson.com/home/contact/, OR you may also walk in to any of our centres for more info anytime.

2. How do I proceed after joining Yearly Maintenance Program?

Our customer service personnel will give you a call for any clarification and arrangement of appointment to your convenience.

3. Where to redeem my Yearly Maintenance Program?

We have 3 branches located in Klang Valley, ie. Waxson PJ Sunwaymas, Waxson Kota Damansara and Waxson Setia Alam, you pls check for the location map stating our exact gps location and waze links. You can redeem your 6 times maintenance service in any of our service centres to your convenience. Or you may contact us directly at +6012-334 6042 for any enquiries or assistance.

4. How long does it take for car care maintenance process?

The entire process may take around 2-3 hours to complete. You might need to leave your vehicle at our workshop and our customer service will contact you once it is ready for collection.

5. Can I maintain my car even it is non-coated? How do I proceed with Yearly Maintenance Program?

Yes. You can still join our Yearly Maintenance Program if your car is non coated. If your car is with scratches or faded condition, we advise you to consider our CarPro Exterior Package to get the paintwork restored first before proceeding for the maintenance program.
